I have come to the revelation that there needs to be more places that are 24hrs or close into the early hours of the next morning. Now I know that might not be fair to those working in those places. However for those of us who find ourselves never having enough time during a normal day to do the things we need to do, a place that is opened for longer than normal hours is a godsend.
I came to this resolution first with my university’s 24hr computer room for without it I would not of gotten through my last semester in one piece.
This resolution has also come to me more recently as I have found myself hard-pressed to do what I need to get done at work or at home. There are just too many distractions most prominent my BED!
Also I would love to blog more often but I’m not inspired at home or work. I am however more inspired in places like where I am now in a cafe on Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow. Now why don’t I just blog when I am out in the world?
Sounds simple but I can’t carry my laptop everywhere, and if I did it on my phone the spelling mistakes would be diabolical. Therefore I need places like the cafe I am in now. Only problem they don’t seem to be close enough to where I live. I would have to get on a train to Leeds to find one that I know of, as opposed to the 15 minute walk I used to have when I was at university.
In conclusion cafes everywhere must stay open longer
